Overview

Golf Swing AI ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") is a golf swing analysis app developed by an

independent developer. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Video & Media

When you use the swing analysis feature, you select a video from your photo library or record one with your camera. That video is transmitted securely to our AI backend for analysis. We do not permanently store your swing videos on our servers. Videos are processed in memory to generate your analysis and are not retained after the response is returned.

1.2 Swing Analysis Data

The text results of your swing analysis - including identified faults, severity ratings, overall assessment, and assigned drills - are saved to your personal account in our database (Supabase). This data is tied to your device and allows you to access your History, Drills,

and Progress tabs.

1.3 Club & Handicap Data

Information you enter in the My Bag section - including club distances and round scores used to calculate your handicap index - is stored locally on your device and synced to your

account in our database.

1.4 App Usage & Preferences

We store your in-app preferences locally on your device, including:

Dark mode setting

Drill reminder toggle and time Analysis count (for the free tier limit)

Widget data (today's drill and practice time)
