PokéGrade AI ("we," "our," or "the app") is developed and operated by Jonathan Binasco. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data when you use PokéGrade AI on iOS.

By using PokéGrade AI, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

• Apple Account Information - When you sign in with Apple, we receive your name and email address (or Apple's anonymized relay email if you choose to hide your real email). We use this solely to create and identify your account.
• Card Images - Photos you take or upload of Pokémon cards are sent to our AI analysis service to generate grade predictions. Images are transmitted securely and are not stored on our servers beyond the duration of the analysis request.

1.2 Information Generated by Your Use

• Scan History - Grade results, card names, condition details, and analysis timestamps are stored in your account so you can review past scans. This data is synced to our cloud database (Supabase) and linked to your user account.
• PSA Submission Records - If you use the submission tracker, the card names, predicted grades, submission dates, and status updates you enter are stored in your account.
• Subscription Status - Your subscription tier (Free, Basic, or Unlimited) and scan usage count for the current billing period are stored both locally on your device and in our cloud database.
• App Usage Data - Basic interaction data such as number of scans performed and subscription events may be recorded to maintain your account and enforce subscription limits.

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect precise location data
• We do not collect contact lists or address book data
• We do not collect device identifiers for advertising purposes
• We do not use third-party advertising SDKs
• We do not sell your data to any third party
• Card images are not stored on our servers after analysis is complete
